GPS Winter Break: Thursday, December 21, 2023 - January 3, 2024. School resumes on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Have a safe, enjoyable break!

Monday 18th=Wear a Festive Hat!
Tuesday 19th=Wear Red or Green!
Wednesday 20th=Holiday PJs!


Reminder: Due to exams, GMS & GHS students will have HALF DAY on Tuesday, December 19 & Wednesday, December 20 (all GPS Elementary School students will have a regular schedule on those days). GPS Winter Break is December 21, 2023, through January 3, 2024.


HALF DAY for ALL students today (Wednesday, December 6)! GMS release - 10:30am, GHS release - 10:35am & Elementary release - 11:50am.


No school for GSRP on Dec 13th. TK/KDG-5th grade will have a normal school day, only preschool is canceled.


REMINDER - Wednesday, December 6 is a HALF DAY for all GPS Students!


We invite your kids to walk with Baldwin Heights in the Downtown Christmas Parade this Friday, December 1st! We'll meet at 6:30pm by the First Congregational Church (right near the back of Mancino's). Dress in your favorite festive fashion. We'll have cookies, necklaces, and candy to give out. It's a fun (and short) event for the whole family!

Have Mercy donations will be collected through Dec 8th. Baldwin is a proud Toys for Tots collection site. Unwrapped toys may be turned into the office.

Some of our 5th grade students at Baldwin Heights were convicted to reach out and make a video to promote our school-wide care project to collect items for Have Mercy. They had the idea, created the script, and did all the filming themselves! Special thanks to Mrs. Kenney for allowing these students an opportunity to creatively express what was on their hearts for such a good cause.

World Diabetes Day


Don't Forget - 11/15 is a HALF DAY for all GPS Students while 11/16, 11/17 & 11/21 are HALF DAYS for GPS Elementary Students only! There will be NO SCHOOL on 11/22, 11/23 & 11/24 due to the Thanksgiving Recess.


No GSRP (preschool) on Nov 8th only. Kindergarten/ TK through 5th grade will have a normal school day.


Veterans Day Assembly 11/10/23 at Baldwin Heights. Light Refreshments at 9:15, with the assembly starting at 9:45.

Dear Baldwin Heights School Family,
Next month we have parent-teacher conferences on November 16, 17, and 20.
Nov 16 = 4pm-8pm
Nov 17 = 1pm-4pm
Nov 20 = 5pm-8pm
Conferences will be either in-person or virtual and will take place in-person, on Google Meet, or over the phone. We, of course, prefer IN-PERSON but understand each family may have their own preference. Each teacher has a Google Meet link that will be available to you for the 15 minute conference time frame.
